About MCA

The Department of Computer Applications was established in the year 2001 with an intake of 60. Later it was increased to 90, 120, 180 subsequently. The department consist of qualified and experienced faculty members, a well established computer laboratory and Library. The department is a Member of COMPUTER SOCIETY OF INDIA (CSI), providing Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certifications to the students. The department is also involved in conducting seminars, guest lectures, workshops, conferences, personality development programmes & PRAGNA - PRERANA events to enhance the skill of the students and to meet the needs of the industry. Campus placements are done through VIT & JKC as well as college placement cell.
